This line is composed of main-engine-frame, freezing tunnel, conveying system, transmission robotic arm, automatic wrapping machine, congealing machine, refrigerating system, and used for making puffing style ice-cream. The soft ice-cream made by solidifying machine is press-formed by various types of mould and quick-frozen by the freezing tunnel, then the final product is made.
The main-engine-frame is made up of pressing mould, stick inserter, cutting device, vibration separator, collector, conveying system, etc.
And also, the hardened ice-cream is able to coat with chocolate and nuts during transmission.
