Oxytetracycline Tablets
Composition: oxytetracycline
Indications: Bacterial infection caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative, mycoplasmal. Like infection caused by pasteurella muitocida, E.coli and S.choleraesuis.
Dosage and Use: Oral administration per 1kg weight
Pigs, foal, calf, sheep: 10-25mg
Canine: 15-50mg
Poultry: 25-50mg
Two or three times daily
Duration of treatment: 2-3 consecutive days
Warning: Don't use it in adult ruminants, equine species and rabbits. Don't use it in poultry severe disturbances of liver or kidney function.
Recommended withdrawal periods:
Cattle, sheep and pigs: 7days Poultry: 5 days
Eggs: 2 days; Milk: 3 days
The withdrawal periods may vary according to local health regulations.
