This series is discs super fineness grinding equipments, the main configuration of the equipment:
1. The grinding chamber is with jacket, Inner chamber material: Stainless steel 304, Thickness: 8mm; the outside chamber material: soft steel A3, Thickness: 5mm
2. Grinding discs material: high wear-resistant Alloy steel, Hardness: HRC55-60, Please find the discs quantity in table 1.
3. sealing and discharging device:
1). Single face mechanical seal for the following models:
WMS-5L, WMS-15L, WMS-25L, WMS-30L, WMS-50L
2). Double mechanical seal for the following model:
WMS-100L
There is oil cooling system for mechanical seal cooling.
3). discharge device: dynamic separator, Material: YG6,
Discharging clearance: 0.5mm
4. Grinding medium: zirconium, Dia.: 1.0-1.2mm; Quantity: 50%-70% of the chamber volume. If the viscosity of the material is a little higher, then increase the diameter of the grinding medium.
5. Feeding system: air diaphragm pump, the feeding speed is adjusted by air control valve.
6. Working temperature and pressure:
1). the electro connecting pressure gauge is fixed before the inlet, to monitor the pressure of grinding chamber and to ensure the equipment run safety (the factory settings: 0.3Mpa).
2). the electro connecting temperature gauge is fixed after the outlet, to monitor the temperature of material. Once the temperatures exceed the number set up in advance, the whole machines will auto-stop.)
7. Cooling water: used for cooling of grinding chamber and oil cooling system. |
