D2,CRUDE OIL,GOLD DUST - Energy Products

We have for sale 2 Million MT of D2 from Gazprom in Russia at a Price of
$420/$430 Net/Gross Per MT monthly with a 12 months Minimum contract.

We are interested in dealing with end users/buyers.

Our Procedure are as follows:

*PROCEDURE *

1. Buyer issue ICPO with 10 working days validity with bank comfort letter
BCL.

2. Seller issues FCO and Draft Contract.

3. Buyer signs FCO and Draft Contract. (Both parties signs NCNDA / IMFPA for
intermediaries).

4. Seller sends Contract for Legalization by official authority.

5. The Seller/Buyer lodge the copy of the Contract with their Banks.

6. Buyer provides Seller POF Confirmation via SWIFT MT 799 against POP
Confirmation.

7. Seller confirms via SWIFT the POP documents.

*The Proof of Product consists of the following: *

- Copy of License to export issued by the Russian Ministry of Energy;

- Copy of Approval to export issued by the Russian Ministry of Justice;

- Copy of Statement of Availability of the Product;

- Copy of the refinery commitment to produce the product;

- Copy of the Charter Party Agreement(s) to transport the product to
discharge ports;

- Copy of the Contact with Transportation Company to transport the product
to the port.

8. Buyer issues non operative RDL/C or makes payment of first shipment value
via MT103 or

MT103/23 to seller? bank account.

9. Seller issues the 1,5-2% Performance Bond which shall automatically
activate RDL/C of first

shipment value.

10. Within 30-45 days the Seller makes the first delivery under the present
Contract terms and

conditions.
