TP-200 Peeling machine is one product of YJ series which developed and produced by our factory. This machine through two rubber rollers which parallel and opposite rotation, to achieve the purpose of skin off the coat of materials. Mainly used for almonds, walnuts and other fruits or herbs off red skin.
Main features
The gap size between the two rubber wheel can be adjusted by adjusting the bolts and hand wheel, to meet with different needs when the users dealing of different materials. With high yield and low loss of materials, safety, easy maintenance, low use cost, in line with GMP requirements.
Working principle
Rubber roller do opposite rotation but not same speed. Material was put into the gap between the two rollers to achieve the purpose of skin off the coat of materials. Principle of adjusting the gap of the rollers: Before adjustment loosen the nut inside the staff with a wrench, rotating hand wheel, make the staff drive the bearing move inside and outside, increase or reduce the gap between the two rollers, to meet the needs of user dealing of different materials.
