Carcass
1. Sides are 1/2\" plywood. The interior and the exterior are stained to match the door.
2. Shelves are 3/4\" thick plywood stained to match the door, adjustable and front edge banded.
3. Backs are 1/4\" thick plywood with 1/2\" hanging rail providing more structural stability.
4. Ultraviolet curing (UV) coating finished to match the door.
5. Dado construction, metal clip or cam-lock also avaiable.
6. Wooden or plastic corner blocks for added strength.
Door
1. Select birch, kiln-dried, 3/4\" thick. Full overlay or standard overlay.
2. Diversified door style options.
3. Mortise and Tenon construction.
Frame
1. Select birch, kiln-dried, 3/4\" thick and 1 1/2\" wide front face frame.
2. Double-doweled joints, groove on back for glue and screw, offers maximum strength and squareness.
Drawer
1. Drawer sides 5/8\" thick solid wood, dovetailed joints and stained to match the door.
2. Bottoms are 1/2\" plywood fully captured.
3. Visual drawer front is screwed to sub-front.

Finish
1. AC lacquer base and top coating is applied to doors, drawer fronts and face frames.
2. Glazing is applied to the doors and drawer fronts.
