Payment Options:
1) Transferable, Divisible, Fully Funded, Revolving Stand-by Letter of Credit (FFRSLC). ThisIrrevocable FFRSLC should be valid for 14 months and 15 days (based on a 12 month contract). Fully Funded = Total contract value.
2) Irrevocable, Divisible, Transferable, Monthly Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit (MRLC) and require a one month Stand-by Letter of Credit (SBLC) or one month Irrevocable, Transferable Bank Guarantee (BG) valid for 14 months and 15 days (based on a 12 month contract).
3) Three month Irrevocable, Divisible and Transferable SBLC or Irrevocable, Transferable BG valid for 14 months and 15 days (based on a 12 month contract) with monthly payment by Telegraphic Transfer (TT).
4) One month Irrevocable, Transferable BG valid for 14 months and 15 days (based on a 12 month contract) with TT monthly in advance before shipment commence.

The Supplier will guarantee that Each Shipment shall be provided with an inspection Certificate of Weight, Quantity, Quality, Chemical Structure of the goods according to the Contract, at the time of loading and Phytosanitary Certificate of Non-Radiation is available.

6) Seller sends to the buyer the Contract on our company letter head.
7) Buyer open DLC non-operative.
8) Seller payd PB (Performance Bond) 2% + POP (Proof of product) Bank to Bank.
9) DLC operative.
10) Shipment.
