Working Principle of High Pressure Suspension Mill
In the mainframe of High Pressure Suspension Mill, there are strong springs with pressure as high as1000-1500 kg equipped on the roller suspender. When it works, the roller rotates around the principal axis, and clings to the ring under the action of the strong spring and centrifugal inertial force. Its compression force is 1.2 times of Raymond mill under the same condition and of higher production. The materials are first sent into the grinding chamber, next the space where to get grinded between the roller and the ring. Then the grinded powder will be blown into separator. Departing from the air, the fine powder is discharged through the outlet as finished product. The large-sized powder falls back for regrinding. The air will be back to the blower for repetition of the above process. The left air will come to the bag filter to get cleaned. When the wear and tear between the roller and the ring reaches certain degree, adjust the length of strong spring so as to keep invariable pressure to ensure the stable production and the fineness.
